Job Title:            Technical Broker Support Manager     

                    

Area:                   Gauteng, KZN & Western Cape  

           

Salary:                R50 000.00 - R82 000.00 per month

​

Position Type:   Permanent position

​

Requirements:

• 3-5 yrs in Personal lines

• 7-10 yrs in commercial and corporate.

• knowledge and experience of proper risk management techniques AND claims

• Accredited with 1.2 and 1.6 as per FAIS.

• NQF Level

• Honour’s Degree (Preferred Qualification)

• Fellow or Insurance Associate

• FAIS representative and preferably a Key Individual

• Built a high performance culture, maintained stakeholder relationships

• Designed Workforce Planning Solutions

• Developed and Implemented Communications Strategy

• Established regulatory monitoring

• Improved Processes and Culture

• Manage internal process, Transformation & Innovation, Governance, Process Results, Relationships, Self and Team and budget
