Position:               Administrator

Salary:                  R7 500.00 – R8 500.00

Location:              Gauteng, KZN & Western Cape

Languages:          English and Afrikaans

Working Hours:   Monday to Friday & (Saturdays till 1pm)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management

  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

 

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Ensure that customer are assisted in the Personal Finance Division

  • Ensure that customers ID, payslip, bank statement, proof of current employment is in order

  • Assist with cashier duties when the Personal Finance Division is not busy

  • Ensure staff are trained

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
