Position: Administrator
Salary: R7 500.00 – R8 500.00
Location: Gauteng, KZN & Western Cape
Languages: English and Afrikaans
Working Hours: Monday to Friday & (Saturdays till 1pm)
Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management
-
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Responsibilities but not limited to:
-
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Ensure that customer are assisted in the Personal Finance Division

Ensure that customers ID, payslip, bank statement, proof of current employment is in order
-
Assist with cashier duties when the Personal Finance Division is not busy

Ensure staff are trained
-
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Assist colleagues whenever necessary
