Minimum Requirements:

CNC experience
-
8 to 10 years’ experience as a General Manager in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry

Preferred Age Group Mid 30’s upwards

Must have an excellent mathematical ability

Experience in exotic wood

Must Speak, Read and Write English

Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.

Hire develop and manage the performance of staff, ensure staff are compliant with policies and procedures

Prepare and administer operations, personnel and capital budgets

Establish depreciation schedule for equipment replacement

Collaborate with other members of the production team to assure the timelines and needs are met.
