Job Title:            Dealer Principal

Area:                  Gauteng, KZN & Western Cape


Salary:               Total Cost to Company (Negotiable)

Position Type:    Full Time / Permanent / Contract (Dependent on Client)


  • Basic business and financial acumen

  • Sound knowledge of manufacturer and Company requirements.

  • Experience in other franchises will be advantageous

  • Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements

  • Fully computer literate

  • Motor industry trading experience

  • Entrepreneurial skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Sound understanding of sales, service and parts

  • Good administrative skills

  • Managerial Sales and Marketing experience in the Motor Industry would be beneficial

  • Strong ability to attract, motivate and retain talent 

  • Ability to develop and encourage strong working relationships at all levels in the business 

  • Ability to manage performance and deal with poor-performance immediately
